This coffee variation of the classic Mexican Horcahata De Arroz will make you a household name in your friend circle if you prepare this for them. Flaunt your skills, and thank us later (don't do much, just buy us a coffee☕️).

ALL YOU NEED

25 g raw white rice
1/2 cinnamon stick
100 ml boiling water
250 ml Choice of Milk (dairy or Oat)
12g Beyond The Sugar's Super Sweetener
1 Espresso shot
4 Ice cubes

TO-DO STEPS

1. Wash the rice.
2. Soak the washed rice and cinnamon in boiling water for 5 minutes or in not boiling water overnight.
3. Add the soaked mixture to a blender with the milk and super sweetener
4. Blend on high speed until the rice and cinnamon stick are fully broken down.
5. Strain the liquid into a glass full of ice.
6. Top with a shot of espresso (sweeten it with super sweetener if you like it sweet).
