Zero Added Sugar Cinnamon Apple Smoothie

This gives absolutely Wintery Vibes ❄️. Make this for your special one and surprise them. Do call us over as well when you make this banger of a smoothie!

ALL YOU NEED

Smoothie mix
150ml Choice of Milk (Dairy or Oat)
1 banana
50g apple puree
30g avocados
80g ice
10 g peanut butter or powder
20 g vanilla protein
12 g Beyond The Sugar Super Sweetener ❤️

Cinnamon drizzle
1/2tsp
cinnamon
100ml hot water


TO-DO STEPS

  1. To make the cinnamon drizzle, soak the date and cinnamon in boiling water for 10 min​
  2. Then blend until you have a smooth paste, set aside ​
  3. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend for 20–30 sec until smooth​
  4. If using fresh cream, drizzle it around the edge of the glass​
  5. Pour in a third of the smoothie mix, then half of the cinnamon drizzle​
  6. Repeat to build up a layered cinnamon apple smoothie​
